Robert Case

Robert Case, age 83 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at his home.

Born in Raritan Township, NJ, April 27, 1936, he was the son of the late Samuel and Ella Hinkle Case. He was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, NJ.

Mr. Case retired from General Motors, West Trenton, NJ where he worked in parts manufacturing and assembly. Casey was a member of the Breakfast Club at McDonalds, Flemington, NJ for many years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy M. Case, in 2002; his son, Robert Case, Jr., in 2017; and his stepson, Charles Jones, in 2012.

Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Debbie Lynn and William Bahrt, of Easton, PA; his step-daughter, Jeanne Jones, of Easton, PA; his two sisters, Janet Gonshor of Clinton, NJ, and Peggy Fisher of Annandale, NJ; his grandchildren: Stephanie Bahrt, Will Bahrt, Robert Case III, Brandon Case, Charity Jones, Mandy Jones-Drummey, and Melanie Jones; his daughter-in-law, Sheila Case, of Kingwood Township, NJ; and twelve great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 11 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
