Robert Herfurth

Robert Herfurth, age 74 years, of Neshanic Station(Branchburg Twp.), NJ died Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at his residence.

Born in East Orange, NJ, January 29, 1930, he was the son of the late C. Paul and Louise Felker Herfurth. He had resided in Neshanic Station since 1951.

He was the owner of Display Pac Associates, Neshanic, NJ retiring in 1998. He was a 1951 graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in animal husbandry. He was the founder of the Jaguar Club of Central New Jersey. He was a member of Three Bridges Reformed Church, Three Bridges, NJ.

His wife, Betty Rose Herfurth, died in 2001. He is survived by four daughters: JoAnn Vetere, of Stuart, FL., Kathleen Jones, of Hillsborough, NJ; Deborah Smith, of Flemington, NJ, and Patti Lakowitz, of Phillipsburg, NJ; a sister, Phyliss Query, of West Islip, NY, and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 PM at the Three Bridges Reformed Church, Three Bridges, NJ. Calling hours were held on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private.
