Robert O. Brinkerhoff

Robert O. Brinkerhoff, age 62 years, of Union Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, died on Sunday, July 6, 2008, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, May 30, 1946, he was the son of the late Robert and Martha Festa Brinkerhoff. He had formerly resided in Hillsborough, NJ.

He was a United States Army veteran.

He was a retired real estate broker/owner, and a graduate of Monmouth University.

A grandson, Alexander Sowder, died in 1999. Surviving are his wife, Bonnie Lee Steimling Brinkerhoff; a stepson, David Prasek of Arlington, TN; two stepdaughters, Tracy Waddington of Omaha, NE, and Laura Prasek of Flemington, NJ; a brother, Jay Brinkerhoff of Summit, NJ; a sister, Susan Dansh of Howell, NJ; and four grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
