Ronnielynn Schmidt

RonnieLynn Schmidt, age 58 years, of Raritan Borough, NJ passed away on Tuesday evening, December 6, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born July 8, 1964, in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of Paul Schmidt and the late Judith Frances (Rowe) Schmidt. She had resided in the New Jersey area most of her life, having also lived in Queens, NY for a time.

A very career-oriented person, she worked in the insurance industry for almost forty years. Most recently, for Kore Insurance Holdings, LLC as a personal lines manager since 2013. In fact, she received the prestigious (CAPI) designation through Chubb Insurance and the Wharton Business School.

Ronnie loved to travel all over the world. Some of her favorite destinations included Tanzania, Kenya, and South Africa.

Above all, she wanted people to laugh, smile, and celebrate her life when she is gone.

She was predeceased by her mother, Judith Frances (Rowe) Schmidt. Surviving are her father and step-mother, Paul and Bobbi (Ferenz) Schmidt, of El Dorado Hills, CA; her step-father, Tommy Guethe, of Millerton, PA; her sister, Lee Ann Deutsch and her husband Matthew of Canton, OH, step-sister, Brenda Krzyzkowski of Hellertown, PA; her beloved niece, Megan Garrett and her husband Josh of New Franklin, OH; her great-niece and nephew, Kennedy and Lincoln Garett; as well as several dear cousins.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 9:00-11:00 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. A memorial service will follow promptly at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will then take place in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.

Ronnie loved all kinds of flowers, her favorites being lilacs and roses; all flowers are welcome.
