Rose Patricia Casamassima

Rose Patricia Casamassima, age 85 years, of East Norriton, PA, died on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Blue Bell Place, Blue Bell, PA.

Born in Newark, NJ, April 19, 1926, daughter of the late Michele and Theresa Yacavone Casamassima, she had resided in East Norriton for the past twenty-two years, having formerly lived in Parsippany, NJ and Newark, NJ.

She was a Supervisor for Firemans Fund Insurance Company, Newark and Parsippany, NJ for over forty years.

She was pre-deceased by a nephew, Michael Cass in 2005 and a sister-in-law, Marianna Forbath Cass in 2008.

Surviving are her brother, Nelson E. Cass of East Norriton, PA; two nieces and their husbands, Linda and John Gehring of Blue Bell, PA and Susan T. and Martin Stess of Raritan Township, NJ; four great nieces and great nephews, Gregory and his wife Luisa Gehring of Wilmington, NC, Alex Gehring of Blue Bell, PA and David and Andrea Stess of Raritan Township, NJ; and one great-great niece, Caroline Gehring.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
