Rosemarie A. Morrison, age 79 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Saturday, September 29, 2007 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Somerville, NJ, November 19, 1927, daughter of the late Ignazio "Bill" Arena and Rose Concialdi Arena, she had resided in Raritan Township for the past seventeen years, having previously lived all her life in Somerville.
She attended Somerville High School and later worked as a Laboratory Technician at Ortho Diagnostics, Raritan Borough, NJ.
Mrs. Morrison was a Communicant and Officer of the Holy Rosary Altar Society at Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville, NJ. She was also a volunteer at the local American Cancer Society office when it was in Flemington, NJ and was a member of the Newcomers and Friends Club of Central Hunterdon County. Her other hobbies and interests included art, painting and stained glass work.
Surviving are her husband of fifty-seven years, Stanley R. Morrison; two sons, Brian and Garry Morrison, both of Flemington, NJ; a daughter, Sandra Morrison of Lahaska, PA; a sister, Josephine Aversa of Cape Coral, FL; and a brother, John Arena of Raritan Borough, NJ.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 3, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. in St. Magdalen Mausoleum, Flemington, NJ.
