Ross M. Edwards

Ross M. Edwards, age 92 years, of Hamilton Township, NJ, died on Friday, July 17, 2015 in Capital Health-Hopewell Township, NJ. Born in Grand Gorge, NY, August 28, 1922, he was the son of the late James and Hilda Mackey Edwards. He was a United States Navy veteran, serving as a fighter pilot during World War II. He was an avid golfer, and member of the Masonic Lodge, Trenton, NJ. Ross Edwards was preceded in death by two sisters, Winifred Edwards and Virginia Edwards Surviving are his wife of 71 years, Margie Lillian Harbour Edwards; a son, Ross M. Edwards, Jr., of Bridgeville, DE; two daughters, Peggy Cranston of Princeton, NJ, and Donna Bottin of Robbinsville, NJ; a brother, John Edwards, of Kingston, NJ; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Graveside services with military honors will be private in Greenwood Cemetery, Trenton, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
