Russell G. Kasper

Russell G. Kasper, age 67 years, of Deltona, FL, died on Thursday, June 16, 2016 in Betsy Johnson Hospital, Dunn, NC.

Born in Somerville, NJ, November 1, 1948, he was the son of Gustav Kasper of Annandale, NJ, and the late Caroline Hummer Kasper. He had resided in the Sunnyside section of Clinton Township, NJ most of his life.

Russell was a 1967 graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School, and a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War, serving 1967-1971 in Germany.

Mr. Kasper retired as a supervisor with Kasper Disposal Service in 2010.

Surviving, in addition to his father, are his wife of forty-five years, Jane Carr Kasper; a daughter, Patricia Kasper-Smith and her husband, Tim, of Deltona, FL; a son, Steven Kasper, of Deltona, FL; and a brother, Daniel Kasper, of Clinton Township, NJ.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 11 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
