Samantha B. Kaminski, age 18 years, of Albrightsville, PA, died in Geisinger-Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, from the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born in Raritan Township, NJ, September 2, 1992, she was the daughter of Thomas G. and Patricia Creighton Kaminski, she had formerly resided in Flemington, NJ and High Bridge, NJ.
Samantha was a student at ITT Tech, Dunmore, PA studying Criminal Justice. She was employed by Gertrude Hawk Chocolates in Dunmore.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a son, Brandon Lee Horn; and a sister, Suzanne Jewell of Albrightsville, PA; a nephew, Brian Thomas Vliet of Albrightsville, PA; her grandmother, the Rev. Lois Creighton of Kennett Square, PA and grandmother, Maria Kaminski, of Carteret, NJ; cousin Lauryn Blaum of Gouldsboro, PA, and her aunt, Elizabeth Cotner of Gouldsboro, PA. She was also the granddaughter of the late Rev. Linn Creighton, former longtime pastor of the Flemington Presbyterian Church.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 3 PM in the Flemington Presbyterian Church, 10 East Main Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private.
