Saundra Lynn Baehr, age 57 years, of Raritan Township, NJ died on Friday, July 9, 2004 at Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ.
Born April 29, 1947 to the late Harold and Audrey Burqke Beyer, she had resided in the Flemington area all her life.
Since August of 2003, she was the owner and operator, along with her twin sister Stacian L. Beyer, of the Double Delite Deli on South Main Street, Raritan Township, NJ.
She was formerly the owner and operator of the Blue Ox Restaurant, Broad Street, Flemington, NJ. Additionally, she was formerly a waitress at TJ's Restaurant, Raritan Township, NJ and the Union Hotel, Flemington, NJ, for many years. She formerly worked as a Dietary Technician at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ and was also the Head Chef at Rolling Hills Care Center, Lebanon, NJ.
She is survived by four sons, Bernie Baehr of Upper Black Eddy, PA, Gregory J. Baehr of Raritan Township, NJ; Derek Baehr of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Glenn A. Baehr of Holland Township, NJ; two daughters, Saundra Lynn Buffa of Kingwood Township, NJ and Stacian L. Baehr of Raritan Township, NJ; two sisters, Ruth Collins of Sparta, NJ and Stacian L. Beyer of Raritan Township, NJ; a brother, Harold Beyer of Keansville, FL; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 7-9 p.m. Please visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information.
