Scott W. Spaulding

Scott W. Spaulding, age 88 years, of Easton PA, died Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Easton Hospital. Born in Macon, Mississippi, he had formerly resided in Prescott, AZ. For twenty-four years before moving to Easton six years. He was a graduate of the University of Alabama with a BS Degree in Engineering and received his master’s degree in Business from Stanford University. A United States Army veteran obtaining the rank of First Lieutenant, he became an Engineer and designer of weapons systems for the Picattiny Arsenal until retiring. Scott loved classical music and enjoyed attending concerts; was an avid reader and a good conversationalist. He also loved to travel and had visited all fifty states. His brother, Robert M. Spaulding, Jr, died in 2013. Surviving are his wife of fifty-two years, Janet Tolley Spaulding; five nieces and one nephew. Arrangements and interment in Dyberry Cemetery, Honesdale, PA will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
