Sharon Eileen Molter, age 35 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 8, 2012.
What a beautiful difference one single life made. Sharon was born on August 12, 1977 at JFK Hospital in Edison, New Jersey to Kenneth and Alexandra Mills. She attended East Amwell Elementary School (Ringoes), Hunterdon Central Regional High School (Flemington), New Life Christian School (Flemington) and graduated from Salisbury State University (Salisbury, MD) in May 2000 with Bachelors of Arts in English. On September 24, 2005 she married Dale George Molter with whom she had two children, Trinity and Noah.
Sharon lived in Flemington, New Jersey and worked for the Janssen Research & Development division of Johnson & Johnson. Sharon was part of the organization for over 5 years as a Local Trial Manager in Global Clinical Operations. Earlier this year, she was promoted to Clinical Research Specialist. In her role, Sharon was instrumental in helping gain FDA approval for new medications for pain management and the treatment of cancer.
Sharon made a lasting impact on all she met. She will be especially remembered for her wit, humor, passion for life, and courageous spirit. Sharon cared deeply for others. Her dedication to her family friends, colleagues and career was unwavering. Above all, Sharon was a devoted mother to her two children. She cherished every moment spent with them. In her free time, she founded a working moms group that connected other local working moms and their children.
Surviving in Sharon’s immediate family are her husband Dale G. Molter, children Trinity (5) and Noah (3) of Flemington, NJ; parents Kenneth and Alexandra Mills (Stockton, NJ); sisters Lisa McKee (Glen Gardner, NJ) and Aimee Mills (Seattle, WA), and brother Jason Mills (Tyler, TX).
Relatives, friends and colleagues are welcome to attend calling hours on Wednesday from 6-8 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:45 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Graveside Services and interment will be held on Thursday at 11 AM in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
