Sharon Raics

Sharon Raics, age 45 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died on Thursday, September 11, 2008, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Phillipsburg, NJ, July 4, 1963, she was the daughter of Joyce Rush Snover of Washington, NJ, and the late Ronald Bittner. She had formerly resided in Bedminster, NJ.

A graduate of Warren Hills Regional High School, Washington, NJ, she was an administrative assistant with Ethicon, Inc., Bridgewater, NJ.

She was a member of the Flemington United Methodist Church, Flemington, NJ, was active in Habitat For Humanity, and also in several other charitable activities.

She was pre-deceased by her father, and her stepfather, James Snover. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Patrick Raics, three stepchildren, Jason Raics of Florida, James Raics of Flemington, NJ, and Katie Raics of Virginia; a granddaughter, Ava, and three sisters, Michelle Peacock of Waycross, GA, Lisa Winkler of Kunkletown, PA, and Lynne Bittner of Ringoes, NJ.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 5 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 3-5 PM in the funeral home.
