Shiu Lee

Shiu Lee, age 81 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, December 29, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Shu and Kwei Kao Chen.

She was a homemaker, and had resided in Readington Township, NJ since 1996.

Her husband, Penlong Lee, died in 1996. She is survived by seven children; Dixson Lee, of Readington Township, NJ, Gary Lee of Tustin, CA, Howzan Lee of Taiwan, Chung Chang of Brazil, Aiyu Lee of Taiwan, Caroline Lee of Irvine, CA, and Sheueyu Lee of Taiwan; fourteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be private on Thursday in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours.
