Siegfried Braun

Siegfried Braun, age 81 years, of Delaware Township, NJ died on Monday, April 11, 2016 in Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA.

Born in Newark, NJ, October 30, 1934, he was the son of the late Friedrich and Hilda Krohmer Braun.

Mr. Braun was a lifelong entrepreneur, working his way up from a shoeshine stand to become a historic building restorer and property manager.

He was a United States Army veteran, serving from 1954 to 1956.

He was pre-deceased by a son, Friedrich W. Braun, in 2007. Surviving are his wife of fifty-three years, Klara Bareis Braun; two sons, Timothy Braun of Delaware Township, NJ, and Stephen Braun of St. Louis, MO; a daughter, Madeline Braun-Williams of Washogal, WA; and his four grandchildren: Andrew, Kaitlin, Philip, and Isabelle Braun.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 11 AM in Son Rise Bible Church, 262 South Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 6-8 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
