Sofija Klevas

Sofija Klevas, age 99 years, of Lambertville, NJ , died Friday, January 22, 2016, at home. Born in Lithuania, February 28, 1916, she resided most of her life in Brooklyn, NY, and Queens, NY. She was a teacher in Lithuania. Her husband, Vincentas Klevas, died in 1998. Surviving are two daughters, Grazina (Grace) Sirusas, with whom she resided, and Jurate Guc of Queens, NY; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at 10:00 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
