Sonia Solook

Sonia Solook, age 94 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at her home.

Born in Shenandoah, PA, October 20, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sofia McShimik Krzywicki. She had formerly resided in Lakewood, NJ, Sayreville, NJ, and South River, NJ.

Sonia retired as a Manager with Johnson & Johnson.

Her husband, Thomas, died in 2014. Surviving are her niece, Debra Litchfield; her great nieces, Chris (Flood) Gutierrez and her husband, Robert, with whom she resided, and Dawn McIlwaine; and her great-great nephews, Jesse Flood, Daniel Flood, and Aidan Gutierrez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 23. 2018 at 9 AM in St. Mary’s Church, 30 Jackson St, South River, NJ. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 6-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
