Stanley Leezenbaum

Stanley Leezenbaum, age 87 years, of Tewksbury Township, NJ, died on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at his home.

Born in New York City, NY, February 6, 1927, he was the son of the late David and Lillian Lichtenstein Leezenbaum.

He grew up in Newark, NJ and had formerly resided in Millburn, NJ for forty years.

A graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Stanley owned and operated Leland Tube Co., South Plainfield, NJ.

His beloved wife of sixty years, Sally Poltarak Leezenbaum, died in 2010.

Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Harper of Flemington, NJ, a daughter and son-in-law, Amelia and Robert Floyd of Austin, TX; three granddaughters, Sophie, Ava, and Margo; a sister, Isobel Kahn of Livingston, NJ; a brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Jean Leezenbaum of Mt. Kisco, NY; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Funeral and Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
