Susan R. Hindermann

Susan R. Hindermann, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ.

Born in Jacksonville, FL, daughter of the late Stanley and Alicemary Robinson Edwardson, she had formerly resided in Kansas City, MO prior to moving to Readington in 1979.

Mrs. Hindermann received her BA from St. Olaf College and her MA in English from Jersey City State College. She was a longtime English teacher at the Junior High, High School and College level.

A member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Flemington, NJ, she was also a member of the Hunterdon Tennis Center and Newcomer's Club and was a volunteer for the Hunterdon County Symphony and the Holly Trail.

Surviving are her husband, David K. Hindermann; a son, Mark D. Hindermann of Middletown, NJ; a daughter, Jennifer Hindermann of Marlton, NJ; two grandchildren, Anna and Jack Hindermann; and several cousins.

Funeral Services will take place Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 201 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
