Thomas Arthur Foreman

Thomas Arthur Foreman, age 86, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Lopatcong Center, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born in Billericay, England, October 8, 1929, son of the late Arthur and Elsie Legge Foreman, he had resided in the Hunterdon County area since the early 1950s.

Tom was a mechanic and owner of Thomas Foreman British Sports Cars and Racing, Flemington, NJ. Not only an avid racing fan, Tom raced competitively as a member of the Sports Car Club of America.

He was pre-deceased by a sister, Jenny Wheeler. Surviving are two sons, Michael Foreman of Flemington, NJ, and Marc Leonard of Ottsville, PA; one daughter, Jennifer Derr of Jasper, IN; two sisters Anne and Audrey, and three grandchildren.

Cremation and private funeral arrangements are under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street in Flemington, NJ.
