Van Richard Schuyler

Van Richard Schuyler, age 69 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died Thursday, December 22, 2016, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Somerville, NJ, December 9, 1947, son of the late Richard and Helen Schuyler, he was a self-employed carpenter and construction worker and was a graduate of Dunellen High School.

Surviving are his wife, Tammy Lynch Schuyler; two daughters, Melissa Brown of Lebanon, NJ and Stacy Thompson of Northport, FL.; a brother, Bryant Schuyler of N. Plainfield, NJ and four grandchildren, Sean, Garrett and Mikayla Thompson and Madelynn Brown.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016, at 11:00 AM in Cherryville Cemetery, Cherryville, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
