Vivian Logan

Vivian Logan, age 93 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at Allendale Rehab and Healthcare Center, Allendale, NJ.

Born in Arlington, NJ, September 23, 1929, daughter of the late Vincente and Amanda Krueger Schilha, Vivian had formerly resided in Scotch Plains, NJ and in Delaware Township since 1971.

Vivian was an x-ray technician and radiation therapist at several hospitals during her career including Mercer Medical Center, Middlesex Hospital, Orange Memorial Hospital and Muhlenberg Hospital, Plainfield, NJ.

She was a longtime member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Harbourton, NJ, where she was an active choir member for many years. She was also a member of the Masterworks Choir singing at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center during the l960’s.

Vivian was a lover of classical music and was formerly a Brownie Scout and Girl Scout leader.

Her husband, Richard Logan, died in 2000.

Surviving are two daughters, Suzanne Rodriguez of Airmont, NY and Amanda Logan of Stockton, NJ and three grandchildren, Aaron and Corey Logan and Sarah Rodriguez.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 11, 2023, at 11:30 AM in St. Peter Lutheran Church, 1608 Harbourton-Rocktown Road, Harbourton, NJ. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
