Warren J. Kramer

Warren J. Kramer, age 75 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died Thursday, June 13, 2019. He was the husband of Dr. Sheila Wiedl-Kramer, with whom he shared 26 years of marriage. Born in New York City, NY, February 29, 1944, son of the late Warren John and Kathleen Morwood Kramer, he had formerly resided in New York City, NY, South Plainfield, NJ, Atlanta (Marietta), GA and Whitehouse Station, NJ. A graduate of All Hallows High School located in The Bronx, NY. He also attended St. John’s University located in Jamaica, NY. Warren was happily retired after he worked many years as a Customer Service Department Manager for National Starch and Chemical Company, Manville, NJ. He is pre-deceased by a sister, Holly Kramer. In addition to his wife, Sheila, he is survived by his four children; Colleen Kramer of Readington Township, NJ, Paul (Pasha) Kramer of Readington Township, NJ, Kristen McDonald and her husband, Richard of Washington, NJ and Kathleen Meyer and her husband, Chris of Bayville, NJ; three grandchildren, Richard McDonald, James McDonald and Chelsie Lacinski. In his younger days, Warren and Sheila enjoyed crewing on sail boats racing on the Hudson. Warren was a loyal New York Jets fan who held season tickets for many years. He was also an avid Penn State, Clemson, and Notre Dame fan. Cremation was a private family ceremony. Visitation hours will be held June 23 from 2-3pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 201 NJ-31, Flemington, NJ 08822. A Memorial Service will follow at 3pm in the church. A celebration of life will be held after at Willie McBride’s, 1270 Easton Turnpike, Branchburg, NJ 08876. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
