Wesley Holmes Gilmore

Wesley Holmes Gilmore passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, due to complications following a heart transplant. Born in Philadelphia, PA, February 6, 2020, he was the son of James and Danielle Houghton Gilmore of Franklin Township, NJ. Wesley loved people, to watch the nurses at work, to be cuddled, and to anyone who stopped to say “hi”, he’d give a great big endearing smile. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his parents, siblings Travis and Olivia, grandparents, and many aunts and uncles, as well as the numerous dear friends, old and new, who have become a part of his short, but beautiful story. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 from 5-8 PM in Heritage Baptist Church, 1 Autumn Leaf Drive, Flemington, NJ. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 11 AM at the Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ. Please note that by state mandate, all attendees at both services are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
