William Donald Herron, Sr.

William Donald Herron, Sr., age 49 years, of Kingwood Township, NJ, died on Friday, August 12, 2005 at his workplace in Raritan Township, NJ.

Born October 20, 1955 in Planfield, NJ, he was the son of Joyce Littell Herron of Florida and the late Ray Herron. He had resided in Kingwood Township, NJ, Flemington, NJ and Frenchtown, NJ for many years.

A former member of the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Herron had worked in the Maintenance Department of U.S. Bronze Powders, Inc., Raritan Township, NJ for the past thirteen years.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife of twenty-two years, Sandra Platt Herron; two sons, William Donald Herron, Jr. of Frenchtown, NJ and Sean Herron of Kingwood Township, NJ; three daughters, Theresa Herron of Quakertown, PA, Dana Herron of Frenchtown, NJ and Sabrina Herron of Kingwood Township, NJ; four brothers, Ernie Herron of VA, James Herron of Lambertville, NJ, Raymond Herron of Easton, PA and Tim Herron of PA; a sister, Anita of PA; and two grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment will be Private. Please visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information or to send condolences.
