William Frank Button, Jr.

William Frank Button, Jr., age 68, died Sunday, September 27, 2015, at CareOne Nursing Home in Ewing Township, NJ.

Born May 25, 1947, in Somerville, NJ, William was the son of the late William F. and Myrtle Pratt Button, Sr. He lived in the Hunterdon County area much of his life. He was very spiritual, a member of Our Lady of Victories Church in Baptistown, NJ, where he prayed the Rosary often. He liked to fish, play card games and to bowl with friends and family.

Predeceased by his parents, William is survived by his wife of 22 years, Carol Clappfe Button, his brothers, Lawrence, Richard, Robert, and Fred Button, his sisters, Pauline Button and Mary Stiller, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Victories Church, 1005 County Road 519, Baptistown, NJ. Friends may gather from 10 am until the time of service at the church. Cremation and interment will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
