William G. Nowak, Sr.

William G. Nowak, Sr.,age 58 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Friday, February 3, 2006, in Perth Amboy, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, December 11, 1947, he was the son of Wilbur Nowak of Whiting, NJ and the late Mary Chorney Nowak.

He had formerly resided in Concord, CA.

He was a graduate of NJIT, Newark, NJ, where he received his degree in Chemical Engineering. He was a Regional Compliance Specialist with Chevron Corporation, Perth Amboy, NJ.

He was a Communicant and Eucharistic Minister at St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife of thirty-four years, Carol Ann Fornaro Nowak; two sons, William Nowak, Jr., of Clermont, FL, and Matthew Nowak, of Bethlehem, PA; a grandson, William Nowak III; and two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Lilyanna Nowak.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Watchung, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
