William H. Curley, Sr., age 69 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Trenton, NJ, May 2, 1937, he was the son of the late George and Cora Worthington Curley.
He was formerly employed for many years by Fisher Scientific, Bridgewater, NJ, then was a school bus driver with the Laidlaw Bus Company.
He served in the United States Army in Germany from 1954-1956, and was a member of the Flemington VFW Post #7856 and the Flemington American Legion Post #159.
Surviving are his wife, Selena Miller Curley; three daughters, Donna Plesnarski of Flemington, NJ, Diane Catanio of Pittstown, NJ, and Debbie Curley of High Bridge, NJ; two sons, William Curley, Jr. of Flemington, NJ, and Robert Curley of Fanwood, NJ; two sisters, Janet DeLoria of Atlanta, GA, and Mary Elizabeth Dunfee of Jamesburg, NJ; ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday at 10 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours.
