William J. Rogers, Jr.

William J. Rogers, age 55 years, of Quakertown, NJ (Franklin Township, Hunterdon County), died on Sunday, February 12, 2006, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in New York City, NY, September 26, 1950, he was the son of the late William J. and Janet Beckel Rogers. He had formerly resided in Riverdale, NY

A graduate of Bentley College, Massachusetts, he was a self employed investment banker and advisor with offices in New York City, NY.

Surviving are his loving partner, Linda York; two sisters; Joanne Rogers of Estero, FL, and Sharon Kitley, of Spring Lake, NJ; three brothers, Stephen Rogers, of Riverdale, NY, Jerry Rogers, of Manhattan Beach, CA, and Joseph Rogers, of Boston, MA; and nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held in Christ The King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 1 PM St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counities, 3300 Route 66, Neptune, NJ 07753.
