William P. Smith

William P. Smith, age 35 years, of Readington Township, NJ, entered into eternal rest at his home, Saturday, July 6, 2013.

Born in Summit, NJ, March 6, 1978, he was a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School, Flemington, NJ and was formerly employed in the Shipping and Receiving Department of Medical Packaging, Ringoes, NJ.

A resident of Readington Township for twenty-six years, he is survived by his parents, Sydney V. and Dorothy Lyon Smith of Readington Township, NJ; a sister, Shannan Smith of Glen Gardner, NJ; a half-brother, Scott Edward Smith of Whitehouse, NJ; two aunts, Patricia Widman of Broomfield, CO. and Gladys Stevens of Burbank, CA.; an uncle, Raymond Smith of Frenchtown, NJ; and several cousins.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 11:00 AM in Calvary Episcopal Church, Broad Street and New York Avenue, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Tuesday 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Huberts Animal Shelter, 3201 Highway 22, North Branch, NJ 08876.
