William Young Sinclair

William Young Sinclair, age 83 years, of Franklin Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, died on Thursday, August 1, 2013, in Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, September 30, 1929, he was the son of the late Frank and Jessie Young Sinclair. He had resided in Hunterdon County since 1968.

He was Owner/CEO of Aries Electronics, Inc., which he founded in 1972 and is still operating in PA.

A United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he loved to ski, play tennis and travel all over the world.

Surviving are his wife of fifty-nine years, Florence Bulwin Sinclair; a son, Stuart Sinclair of Durham, PA, son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Sarita Sinclair of Ottsville, PA, son and daughter-in-law, Willaim S. and Lynda Sinclair of Langhorne, PA; and four grandchildren: Tyler Sinclair, Michael Sinclair, Marisa Lazor, and William A. Sinclair; one nephew, six nieces, one great nephew and one great niece.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
